You might have to go digging around on the mods' github pages, click on 'releases' on their main page to see all the released versions to find the right ones. At this point everything is fine, it will let me click on any of the menu options and it will load the selected screen. What keeps happening is Ksp will boot form CKAN, apply all the patches and load all the assets, and the game will load up the main menu.
