I like FreeCAD, though it's primarily for 3D 'parametric' CAD modelling it has very limited straight-forward 2D capability, which I think of more as 'normal' CAD usage. It's not an easy one to get complete, ready-to-go packages for though, since it's either download from a repo and hope to hell it grabs all the dependencies, or download source code and compile it yourself.
